Our contact form asks for your name, email, topic, and note. You may also give your group or company name. Send only what we need to answer. Do not send passwords, card numbers, medical records, or private journal notes.

We use your note to answer you and handle your request. We may keep a record of the exchange. Sending a note does not add you to a mailing list, create a paid account, or book an event.

Zoho Sites hosts this site and its contact form. The service may process browser, device, network, and security data to run the site and prevent misuse. Data may be handled in the United States or other countries where service providers work.

We share data with people and service providers who need it to handle your request or run the site. We may also share it when the law requires it or to protect the site from misuse. We do not sell contact notes or use them for targeted ads.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it to handle the request, meet record rules, or resolve a dispute. The time can vary with the type of record. You can ask us about the data we hold and when it can be removed.

You may ask to see, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal data. Your rights depend on the law that applies. We may need to check who you are before we act. We will explain if a legal duty limits what we can do. Send a data request and choose the privacy topic.
