The Tricycle Way

Stop Racing Through Life. Start Enjoying the Ride.

By Sanjog Aul

Sanjog was busy building a good life. Then he saw how much of it he was missing. His book grew from the choices, mistakes, and changes that followed.

It asks a question that goes far beyond work: how can you do well and enjoy the life you are living along the way?

A moment from the book

But the very next day I walked into the house, busy on a conference call. Still talking, I went out to the garage to get a file from my car. When I returned, the door was locked.

“Hello! I’m out here!”

Nothing.

“Hello! Can someone open the door?”

Still nothing. I banged the door. Then a baby voice from inside said, “No.”

“Hey, kiddo, please open the door.”

“Mama said no phone in the house.”

“Open the door please.” I was getting angry.

“No.” The little voice was bolder.

“Please get your mother.”

He brings both sides to TTW: the drive to do well and the wish to enjoy the life we have.
